#709 - The Sophisticated Creative Problem Solver: Separating Ideation from Evaluation 🎤/ 🎬

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Need a better process for problem solving and innovating? Come learn the traits of creative problem solvers and the ground rules that power creative problem solving and innovation. When we learn to separate divergent thinking (a broad search for many diverse and novel alternatives) from convergent thinking (focused and affirmative evaluation of alternatives), we increase synergy, productivity and solutions.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: Explain the "dynamic balance" between divergent and convergent thinking in order to become better problem solvers and innovators of solutions.
